Terms of Service for ShotPaste

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ShotPaste Chrome Extension (the "Extension") operated by Mieno ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Extension is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. License and Description of Service

ShotPaste is a browser extension designed to help users capture and annotate screenshots locally. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension on your supported devices.

2. One-Time Purchase ("Lifetime Pass")

We offer a "Lifetime Pass" as a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited usage without the free-tier restrictions.

• Definition of "Lifetime": The term "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the ShotPaste product itself, as long as it is actively supported and maintained by the developer. It does not refer to the buyer's lifetime.
• Merchant of Record: All payments and license key distributions are processed securely by our trusted reseller, Lemon Squeezy.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods and the availability of a free 10-usage trial to evaluate the product beforehand, all sales of the Lifetime Pass are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

3. Fair Use and Abuse

Licenses are intended for individual use. You agree not to distribute, share, or resell your license key. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend license keys that show evidence of abuse, sharing, or violation of these Terms, without prior notice or refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Extension entirely at your own risk.

5. Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension (or any part or content thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Mieno（以下「開発者」または「当方」）が提供するChrome拡張機能「ShotPaste」（以下「本拡張機能」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意し、遵守することを条件に本拡張機能を利用するものとします。

1. ライセンスとサービス概要

ShotPasteは、ブラウザ上でスクリーンショットを撮影・注釈付けするためのローカルツールです。当方は、ユーザーが対応端末上で本拡張機能を利用するための制限付き、非独占的、かつ譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。

2. 買い切り版（Lifetime Pass）について

無料試用の回数制限を解除するため、一度の支払いで永続利用が可能となる「Lifetime Pass（ライフタイムパス）」を提供しています。

• 「Lifetime (永続)」の定義: ここでの「Lifetime」とは、対象となるソフトウェア製品（ShotPaste）そのものの提供・サポート期間（製品の寿命）を指すものであり、購入者の生涯を指すものではありません。環境の変化や開発継続が困難となった場合等により、将来的にサポートが終了する可能性があります。
• 決済代行（Merchant of Record）: すべての支払い処理およびライセンスキーの発行は、認定された公式リセラーであるLemon Squeezyを通じて安全に行われます。
• 返金ポリシー: デジタル商品の性質上、ならびに事前の動作確認手段として10回の無料試用枠を提供していることから、Lifetime Passのご購入後の返金対応は原則としていたしかねます。ただし、適用される消費者保護法等により義務付けられる場合を除きます。

3. 適正利用と不正行為の禁止

ライセンスキーは個人による利用を目的としています。ライセンスキーの第三者への配布、共有、または転売を固く禁じます。本規約への違反、大規模な共有、または不正な利用の証拠が確認された場合、当方は事前通知や返金を行うことなく、該当するライセンスキーを無効化（Revoke）または一時停止する権利を留保します。

4. 免責事項（損害賠償の制限）

本拡張機能は「現状のまま（AS IS）」および「提供可能な範囲（AS AVAILABLE）」で提供されます。適用法で認められる最大限の範囲において、当方は明示的または黙示的を問わず、一切の保証を否認します。 当方は、本拡張機能の利用または利用不能から生じる、いかなる直接的、間接的、偶発的、特別、または派生的な損害（データの消失、利益の損失、業務の中断を含みますが、これらに限定されません）について、一切の責任を負いません。 たとえ当方がそのような損害の可能性について知らされていた場合であっても同様とします。ユーザーは自己の責任と負担において本拡張機能を利用するものとします。

5. サービスの変更および終了

当方は、事前の通知の有無にかかわらず、いつでも本拡張機能（その機能の一部または全部を含む）を変更、一時停止、または提供終了する権利を留保します。当方は、本拡張機能の変更または終了に関連して、ユーザーまたは第三者に対していかなる責任を負うものではありません。
